How long does it take to get my order?

Most often orders for shipping in southern Ontario ship the day of or the following day with Purolator, FedEx or UPS and arrive the following day to you. Because the cost of shipping has increased substantially in 2022, orders shipped to addresses in the rest of Canada are often shipped with Canada Post (Expedited). Tracking numbers are provided by email when orders ship. Orders placed for free delivery in Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Conestogo or Bloomingdale, Ontario are most often delivered same day or within a day. Need your order delivered ASAP? No curbside pick up is available.

How do I know if what I’d like to order is in stock?

Products are in stock and ready to ship. For products that are not sized, stock will indicate “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”. For products that are sized, the sizes available to order are indicated with the title description for an easy shopping experience for you.

How much is Shipping or Delivery?

Shipping is free for orders over $100 shipped across Canada and $10 flat rate for orders below $100. Lisa offers free delivery on orders of any amount in Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Conestogo and Bloomingdale, Ontario.

I am not comfortable or unfamiliar with online shopping but see items I would like. How can I shop?

Contact Lisa! She is happy to help make your shopping experience seamless! She can process your order for you, take payment over the phone or if you prefer to pay by Etransfer, she will accommodate.

I am unsure of sizing of clothing or shoes. How do I order?

Most items have sizing information indicated, whether true to size, generous or a small fit with recommendations listed. Contact Lisa and she can help with suggestions for you! For orders delivered by Lisa (for free in Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Conestogo and Bloomingdale, Ontario, Canada) she waits in her vehicle for you to try on your clothing and often brings another size.

I am unsure of an item. How do I see it closer?

Contact Lisa! We can make a virtual appointment via Zoom, Facebook, etc and she can show you the item Live and in more detail.

I would like to purchase a gift for someone. Can I have my order shipped or delivered to a different address?

Yes! Orders can be shipped or delivered to another address. Please indicate the address in the Ship To address field. If you have a message you would like included on a card, please type it in the Order Comments section. Delivered gift orders will be in an elegant gift bag, shipped gift orders wrapped in patterned tissue.
