Do I have to pay sales tax?
	In Canada, your products and shipping* will be charged the sales tax rate of the province or territory to where the shipment is being delivered. If in a province or territory where the GST and PST are separate, GST only will be charged. If in a province where the taxes are combined as HST, HST will be charged. If you are located outside of Canada, no sales tax will be charged on the products nor shipping. *If your shipment qualifies for free shipping, Taya Jewellery & Accessories Inc will pay the tax on the shipping fee from the shipper for your shipment.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order.
